I am about people.
My first job experience as a trainer and researcher exposed me to multiple personalities and the wealth of human experiences. The effect: a deeper empathy for diverse persons.
Since then, I have taken the initiative to base my work off a user-centered philosophy. The applications remain remarkable, yet organic, from improving process designs to diversifying product roadmaps and designing for behaviour change. I have had the privilege of working on e-health, e-commerce, e-learning, media and fintech projects.
My research and design journey is young and there is more to discover, however I have discovered that a great user-centred project provides research candidates and users with greater self-awareness.
